Rengoku's bento (Demon Slayer)

Ingredients:
Beef Sukiyaki
Leeks/green onion
Beef brisket
Sukiyaki sauce (optional)
Tofu
Soft boiled shoyu egg 🥚
Cabbage
Onion
Sake
Mirin
Shoyu
Konbu
Bento box
Directions:
Boil eggs for exactly 7 minutes and into cold iced water. for a jammy soft boil.
Marinade it with water, mirin, soy sauce and sugar and refrigerate for an hour or more.
For sukiyaki sauce, mix dashi, sugar, mirin, and sake. Set aside.
Stir fry sliced onions in a pan, add sukiyaki sauce and lastly the thin sliced brisket set aside.
Stir fry cubed tofu and green onions stalks with salt, pepper and sesame oil. Bento box it up and serve!
