Yor’s Stew (Spy x Family)

Based on an Austrian beef stew — but with a Yor-style twist: hearty beef, soft potatoes, and a perfectly fried egg. It looks innocent, but one bite and it’s an assassin’s level knockout.
Based on an Austrian beef stew — but with a Yor-style twist: hearty beef, soft potatoes, and a perfectly fried egg. It looks innocent, but one bite and it’s an assassin’s level knockout.

Ingredients:


  • 2 Tbsp flour

  • 1 boiled potato

  • 3 lbs of boneless short rib

  • 1 wiener sausage chopped

  • 1 Tbsp beef Buoillion

  • 1/2 cup tomato paste

  • 1 Tbsp honey

  • 2 Tbsp caraway seeds

  • 2 cloves garlic minced

  • 3 bay leaves

  • 2 Tbsp sour cream

  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 2 lrg yellow onions

  • 3 Tbsp of paprika

  • Salt and pepper 

  • 3 cups water

  • 4 Tbsp butter

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

  • 2 fried egg 


Directions:

  1. Coat the cut beef with salt, pepper and flour.

  2. Cook beef in Dutch oven with olive oil until brown. Remove. 

  3. Add butter and cook onions until caramelized.

  4. Stir in minced garlic and caraway seeds. Then paprika and honey and cook for 30 sec.

  5. Slowly whisk in water, beef Buillion and tomato paste. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add vinegar

  6. Add beef and chopped wieners.

  7. Add bay leaves mix 

  8. Cover and simmer at low for 3 hours

  9. Add sour cream last after cooking

  10. While waiting. Boil potato.

  11. When done pour stew in a plate, add peeled boiled potato and place over hard eggs and puncture yolk
