Garlic fried rice stuffed chicken wing gyoza

Boneless chicken wings stuffed with garlic fried rice, then steamed or fried. It’s gyoza-meets-wings-meets-genius. One bite, total destruction.
Boneless chicken wings stuffed with garlic fried rice, then steamed or fried. It’s gyoza-meets-wings-meets-genius. One bite, total destruction.

Ingredients:


  • Chili oil

  • Toothpicks

  • As much chicken flats you can get with the the tip

  • 1 tbsp black pepper corns

  • 1/2 cup of water

  • 3/4 cup soy sauce

  • 1 cup vinegar

  • 4 bay leaves

  • 3 tbsp of palm sugar

  • A bunch of garlic cloves crushed


Garlic fried rice

  • Salt and pepper

  • Chopped green onions

  • Garlic oil

  • Minced garlic

  • Cooked jasmine rice

  • Tbsp shoyu


Directions:


Garlic Fried Rice

  1. Have cooked jasmine rice ready and refrigerated

  2. Pan fry minced garlic with garlic oil

  3. Mix in the cold jasmine rice

  4. Then add salt pepper put aside


Chicken wing gyoza

  1. Debone chicken wings and in a bowl marinate it with soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, black peppercorns, palm sugar, water and bay leaves overnight

  2. Warm up rice and fill in the chicken wings and close it with a toothpick

  3. Sear wings and steam with the sauce for 3 minutes and turn around and sear for another 3 minutes.

  4. Cook extra sauce until thick and glaze over the wings.

  5. Enjoy.
