Filipino sour soup at its tangiest — made with Knorr sinigang mix, because every Filipino household has that packet of magic. Tamarind tang, tender meat, and all the warm fuzzy feels.
Filipino sour soup at its tangiest — made with Knorr sinigang mix, because every Filipino household has that packet of magic. Tamarind tang, tender meat, and all the warm fuzzy feels.

Ingredients:


  • Beef

  • 2 25g pack Knorr Sinigang na May Miso Recipe Mix

  • 6 snake beans cut in 2 inch pieces

  • 9 to 12 pieces okra

  • 1 lb. shrimp with shell cleaned

  • 2 pieces banana pepper or long green chili

  • 1 medium yellow onion wedged

  • 2 medium tomato wedged

  • Bokchoy

  • 3 tablespoons fish sauce patis

  • 8 cups water


Directions:

  1. Pour water in a soup pot. Let boil.

  2. Add tomato and onion. Cook for 5 minutes.

  3. Add seafood.

  4. Add Knorr Sinigang na May Miso Recipe Mix. Stir.

  5. Put all the vegetables into the pot. Cover and cook for 6 to 8 minutes.

  6. Pour fish sauce and add bokchoy. Cook for 2 minutes.

  7. Transfer to a serving bowl. Serve with rice.
